I am very passionate about my work in the healing arts. As a Reiki Master, my focus is  strongly rooted in  the energy connection between me and my clients.  As a Spiritual Life Coach, it is that very connection that helps me to guide my clients, often at a crossroads in life, through this new phase they are experiencing. I am a Certified Grief Educator and so through my spiritual work, I help those in grief navigate loss. Loss due to the end of a relationship/divorce, associated losses from illness and loss due to the death of a loved one.

My sessions, individual and packages, are all unique based on each client's needs. They may incorporate Reiki. Guided Meditation and/or Intuitive Tarot Readings.

II received my Certificate in Grief Education through study with David Kessler.  My Reiki Master  certification came from my studies with Suzanne Dann at the School of Sacred Healing Light. I am also a certified Animal Reiki Practitioner as well as being a member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals.

I am a Certified Angel Tarot Card Reader having studied with and received my certification from Radleigh Valentine.  I am also a Certified Guided Meditation Practitioner.

I am an intuitive and passionate writer.  I love to share these musings in my blog as an additional conduit for healing. Sometimes the writing may be a form of guidance and others times it may be a small part of my personal journey. My hope is that either way, the reader can come away with renewed hope and perhaps a new level of quiet introspection.

Outside of my professional life, I can most likely be found outdoors  with my family, at the beach, walking the dogs, biking and/or sitting in peace at some of my most sacred spots.
